Run sugar is the most popular cookie decorating technique students want to learn. I’ll take you through different icing consistency and show you how to make your icing perfectly smooth. Then I’ll show you different outlining and marbleizing effects.

New Book Available- Decorate Cakes, Cupcakes and Cookies with Kids

cover

I had a ton of fun writing this book. I was fortunate to have many of my friends and family willing to participate with their kids. I also had all four of my kids in the book. Even though my older boys were nearly 16, they agreed to be part of the book. Dan Brand was once again the photographer and did an amazing job photographing the kids and projects. He has quite a way with kids! Two of his own beautiful girls are in the book. The book contains a couple hundred photos, but Dan took thousands! I’ll post some of my favorites that didn’t make the book soon.

The book can be ordered from Country Kitchen SweetArt or pre-ordered from Amazon.
