It has been a crazy, busy few months. I have spent the last 8 months working on my new book, coming out February 12, 2012. The book is titled “The Complete Photo Guide to Cake Decorating”. This book is a comprehensive book that will cover all of the most popular cake decorating techniques, including piped frosting, fondant and hand modeled figures.
Kids are now back to school! This frees my time up to continue working on product development. I have several new texture sets coming out, including designs for cupcakes.
